Deposit of £25 for 4 to 7 nights reservation, £50 for 8 to 14 nights. Reservations of 3 nights or less are to be paid in full at time of booking. Cot hire available at £1 per night, per cot.

*All Accommodation is strictly self catering. Baby cots are provided for children under the age of two / 12.5kg. Children under the age of two stay for free (excluding cot hire). Single night hire is subject to availability, please call in advance.

Terms & Conditions

We accept reservations either from our website, or by telephone. We do not recommend sending any booking enquiries / reservations by post due to the unreliable delivery of post in Bulgaria.

Upon receiving and accepting your reservation, we will send you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions via email. We will reserve your chosen accommodation and dates for a period of 7 days, during which time your completed booking form and deposit should be received by us. We will then confirm your booking has been accepted. If we have not received your completed booking form and deposit within 7 days, we will release your dates and accommodation for rebooking.

The deposit is non-refundable, but may be used for alternative dates in the same year of the original booking, and subject to availability of our accommodation.

Only those persons notified to us on the original booking form will be accepted on arrival.

You agree to pay the full outstanding balance for your accommodation and an additional £25 security deposit in cash. Your accommodation will be checked prior to your departure and your security deposit refunded accordingly.

You agree to vacate the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. We regret we are unable to post any left items back to you, please ensure you have all possessions before leaving.

We are unable to accept any all male or all female parties.

All children must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst within the grounds of Callepagium studios.

You agree to contact us 8 weeks before your arrival date, to confirm your booking and indicate when you expect to arrive. If you are booking at short notice, we ask you to confirm your arrival details at the time of booking.

Because this booking is electronic, receipt of your deposit will be regarded as acceptance of our booking terms & conditions.
