Callepagium Studios offer self catering holidays in their studio apartments, situated in the rural village of Velikan. We have panoramic views of the Rhopdope mountains and countryside. You can spend a peaceful day relaxing in the garden, or down at the Maritsa river. Or you can spend the day at the Merichleri Spa swimming pool. Dimitrovgrad is the nearest town (approximately 15 minutes), with plenty of shops, Bulgaria's largest market, places to eat, and nightlife. You can visit the beautiful Rhodope mountains and see the exquisite scenery in the west of Bulgaria, or maybe you would fancy a day at Sunny Beach in the south. You can also travel through the Stara Planina mountains which run from the west to the east of Bulgaria. Callepagium Studios is perfectly placed, should you be looking to purchase a property. Trish and Doug the owners would gladly offer to help with basic knowledge on request. As the owners live in the villa too, your requests can be fulfilled leaving you with peace of mind to enjoy your holiday. New for 2011 is a small camping area consisting of, free shower facility, use of fridge, iron and board. Use of washing machine is on request. We also have tents to rent.
