Our accommodation comprises of 3 studio apartments, refurbished in 2008. All studio apartments are open plan, decorated in neutral colours,
with terracota tiled floors throughout, each having their own fully fitted shower room, kitchenette, colour TV, heating, fire extinguisher, smoke detector,
and hot water boiler.
Our studio apartments have been designed with your total comfort in mind.
Studio One can accommodate two adults and one baby, Studio Two and Three will accommodate up to four adults and one baby. Smoking is not permitted in the studios.
Each studio apartment has two single beds (which can be pushed together), studio apartments 2 & 3 also have a double sofa bed. All bedding is provided, but if preferred you are welcome to supply your own sheets. Towels are not provided.
Travel cots are available for children 2yrs old (maximum weight 24lbs), please request at time of booking.
While we happily accept bookings from families with children,
parents should note there are no entertainment facilities at Callepagium Studios. Our accommodation is ideally suited to adult couples, wanting a peaceful location,
from which, to base their holiday. Children should not be left alone at any time in the studio apartments, or in the grounds of Callepagium Studios.

We offer a free complimentary welcome pack in our studios. This contains tea bags, coffee, bread, Jam, Sugar, Milk and Butter.
There are two small shops in the village, within a five minute walk, selling basic requirements.
Although we do not have a swimming pool on the premises, Merichleri (just a few minutes away), has a large swimming pool, supplied from a
natural spring
The mineral waters have a constant temperature of 34°C and an output rate of 12-15 litres/min. The water is claimed to be excellent for curing intestinal,
liver, and gall disorders. The pool also has a very good cafe, with shaded areas to relax on hot days.
Dimitrovgrad is the nearest town (approximately 15 minutes), with plenty of shops, Bulgaria's largest market, places to eat, nightlife, and good public transport links.
