Callepagium Studios offer self catering holidays in their brand new studio apartments, situated in Velikan, south central Bulgaria. We enjoy panoramic views across the beautiful countryside, to the Rhodopi mountains in the distance. Ideally located for first time visitors to the country, everything Bulgaria has to offer is no more than a few hours drive from your family holiday accommodation. In a little over two hours, you could be in the eastern sea resort of Bourgas (Sunny Beach), or in the mountains at the ski resorts of Chepelare or Pamporovo. You may prefer to visit the towns and cities nearby, discovering their rich history, or simply enjoy the beautiful countryside surrounding our location.

We are also perfectly placed as a base for anyone looking to purchase a property here, the owners of Callepagium Studios having done just that, are always happy to offer friendly advice and tips. Trisha & Doug Rainbow (the owners), live close by in their villa, ensuring any concerns you may have during your holiday are quickly resolved.
